• Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) Certified residential use well flow recovery rate testing with written report and recommendations (this test determines if there is enough water for the family)
   
• CCTV Cleanout Plug in House to Septic Tank Inlet/Sanitary Sewer Lateral Pipeline Transmitter Receiver Tracing and Depth Location Services with Drop Box Video Link (The camera scope is to confirm the location of the septic tank and to ensure there are no bows, bends, breaks, sags or signs of back up in the pipe from the septic tank.)
   
• QP2 Qualified Non-Invasive Pre-Existing Septic Field Surface Visual Inspection with Septic Dye Test with written report and recommendations (This inspection is a septic disposal field current condition evaluation to determine if there is or there is not a problem, and issues that can have an impact on the longevity of a septic disposal system.)
   
  NOTE: QP2 Qualified Non-Invasive Pre-Existing Septic Field Surface Visual Inspection with Septic Dye Testing conducted during winter snow covered ground conditions has limitations as the ground is not visible below the snow. If client observes signs of obvious features of pooling effluent (which can be roof drain or foundation drainage), bog, wet saturated areas, drainage ditches or surface water bodies such as lakes, rivers streams, shorelines around property for areas to look for dye flushed into septic system, this inspection is recommended.
